The
McDonald Group believes that one of its most important functions is the
prevention of accidents and ill-health. We do not wish any of our
employees, or any other person, to suffer as a result of work activities
or processes. To this end, we will always comply rigorously with all
Health & Safety legislation, Codes of Practice, and best guidance
and work methods available. Our Health & Safety Policy (available on
request) and working procedures, indicate how the McDonald Group intends
to meet its own objectives, and legal requirements |

QUALITY
The
quality objectives of The McDonald Group are intended to provide an
effective assurance that all services meet the intent and the detailed
requirements of each order placed with the company, to achieve maximum
reliability in such services, and, where possible, to evaluate and
improve service quality throughout all stages of the provision of
services.
In
order to achieve these quality objectives, The McDonald Group has
incorporated a Quality Assurance system, comprising a Quality Assurance
Manual, Quality Assurance Procedures, Work Instructions, together with
appropriate Quality Assurance forms. Full use is made of Risk
Assessments, and Method Statements. The company's quality programme is
intended to satisfy the requirements of BS EN ISO 9002 : 1994 |
